Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

This is the easiest healthy cookie recipe ever. With only a few ingredients you will have the yummiest cookies ready in no time. This sweet treat will make healthy living the obvious choice.

Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Refined Sugar Free – Vegan Friendly

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup of gluten free flour
1/4 cup of honey
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven on 180 degrees
  2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and combine to a dough
  3. On a try with baking paper. Place small bolls and press out to cookies with a fork
  4. Bake in the oven for 6-10 min until golden

Tips: Once the cookies are baked. Let them cool down so the texture gets better.
