Keeping your schedule full, your paste fast and always hassling is the theme of the average person today. We have this need of constantly being busy. Always placing sleep at the bottom of your list of priorities and surviving on 4-6 hours of sleep is like a fashion statement. I’ve been there myself and didn’t realise how much the lack of rest affected me until my body hit the panic bottom.
