Squash pasta with prawns

A quick and simple dinner in less than 30 min! You don’t always need a whole shopping bag to make a delicious meal. Sometimes all you need is a few good ingredients and basic cooking.

250g squash pasta
180g prawns
2 cloves of garlic
½ fresh chilli
1 handful of fresh parsley
Pink salt
Black pepper
Coconut oil (cooking)
Olive oil (for dressing)


1.Melt a bigger portion of coconut oil in a pan on medium heat
2. Chop up the garlic and fresh chilli. Place in the oil and fry until the garlic get a light toasted colour
3. Heat up your pasta in a pot with boiling water for a couple of minutes
4. Add prawns and chopped parsley to the hot pan with the flavoured oil. Cook for a couple of minutes before adding the lightly cooked pasta
5. Take off heat before adding pink salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
6. Mix it all together and dinner is served! Add extra chilli flakes if you like it more spicy
