Snack Time

Thought I’ll share some of my favourite snacks! With a busy schedule I can’t always stay on top with having my meals and snack prepared. When grabbing something light while on the go is super important to keep the energy up. ⠀

It can be so misleading with today’s market what actually is healthy and what isn’t. Products sold in a healthy shop doesn’t always have to be healthy. Or the brand and name of the product can also be misleading.⠀

Best way of knowing what you are about to buy is looking closer at the ingredients. I personally try to avoid sugar, palm oil, colouring and any other ingredient I can’t pronounce. Aim for as few ingredients as possible basically. ⠀

All these have good ingredients and most important, all taste very yummy.
